Learn two languages at once

Read meanings in a second language you know and practise it while you learn a new one. Your own language is always one tap away.

Settings

Meanings in a language you know 🧠

Open Settings and tap Meanings in, right under Your language. Pick a language you already read well, like English.

From then on, translations and word meanings show in that language. A Persian speaker learning German reads every meaning in English, and keeps their English sharp along the way.

Nothing changes until you pick one: by default, meanings stay in your own language.

Words

Stuck on a word? One more tap 👆

When a meaning is in your second language, its words are underlined. Tap one you don’t know and it opens in your own language, with its pronunciation and a button to save it to your dictionary.

Want the whole line instead? Tap the chip with your language’s name under the meaning, like In فارسی for a Persian speaker.

Learning

Everywhere you read

It works with the Translate button in a story (line by line too), in quizzes, on flashcards and in the preview of your own story ideas. In a quiz, long-press a word in an answer to see it in your own language, since a tap picks the answer.

Words you saved before keep their meanings and still come up in your flashcards.

One rule: meanings are never in the language you are reading. Reading an English story with meanings in English? They show in your own language.

Your next chapter is waiting. 📖
